Monthly salary deduction. Annual variable deduction. In hand salary is very less. HR is useless. No night shift allowance. You have to work weekday and weekend without any allowance. Toxic work culture.

It's following hybrid or wfh model where it's not necessary to work from office That is good initiative for such stereotype company

Most of project are very short term, so being on bench are usually common, salary and perk or rarely got promoted/increase in healthy way and variable is scam here Clearly No to retain employee of the company Company forcing to work from office even there is no any such requirement Overall Company is not having employees welfare and comfort and not innovative in this regard

No shift allowance, no increment, no appraisal, no promotion on time, unnecessary salary deduction like EPB, performance bonus deduction, variable pay deduction, quarterly deduction as per ratings. Deduction policy is not clear even to HR.

Nothing is there in HCL...they will ensure you to keep thinking about your salary for each and every minute..because you don't know how much salary will be deducted in the name of performance bonuses although your project makes profits in millions. They will ensure to make employees life terrible

Im running out of the words...not because of im happy working here...it's because of terrible mistake I have done in my life by joining this company. If you want to spoil your skills and make your life miserable means then you are welcome here.

A**hole organization, would suggest experience people do not join, it is a f**k organization, will exploit you, over load you, will hire you when they need and over load, fully exploits you, at the end during appraisal cycle you will get 0, it will degrade your skill, will be kind of demotion and start humiliting you, you will leave organization after huge frustration, may be fall in depression also. think more than 1000 times before joining. Nothing here to like.

...dislike, Fully exploiting organization, as**hole company, management policies. No increments, No recognition, they will hire at any package only when management position is at stake and not able to deliver customers whats has been committed once their objective is complete, they will ignore you all possible ways and you will feel like used. Big no, Do not join this org. think more than 1000 times before joining.
