Unless you are at higher band, there is no benefit. It is beneficial when you are manager.

Dislikes

Exploiting employees. Working in HCL has been nightmare. No leaves, no salary hike, no appraisals, no perks. Apart from that they introduce new policy to make your fixed salary to variable inorder to further deduct salary.

Overall HcL Tech is good. But employees who stayed there since long time, they feel that they are MD. Most of the lower management are not good and they behave their repotee as slave.

...ers who stayed here since long time and the don't know that how to treat people. You will not get your early bonus even that is part of your salary. They intentionally give you the bad ratings. Overall if you good in spooning then it's your place.

1. Client oriented projects. If client say something wrong you have to agreed on that. 2. RM not supportive. Supporting only those people who being in HCL from longer time. 3. No work life balance. You will be assign the shift but will ask you to extend unnecessary.

...ble time hours etc but few are no so with overtime jobs and routine assignments. From the organization perspective salary is always on time, employee engagement programs , perks are being some pros and low hike, not 100 percent variable payment are cons.

Nothing is remaing to like. These guys have two variables in the salary.can you believe. On the name of bell curve appreasal system they don't give you anything.Even you give them your blood for whole year.

Dislikes

Third class policies.no one will listen you. HR just a puppet.They will not give you growth and at the same time don't allow to leave the organization without completing 3months long period.
