One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

No salary on time. Hr department will not communicate with you and are disrespectful. Specially Hr named Shatakshi and Prabhleen Kaur are horrible and very disrespectful.They were dismissive, uninterested and showed complete disregard for your time and effort as if they couldn't care less. I would strongly advise jobseekers to proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation as a whole.

Company did not support you if you want leave for any critical reason. And you did not understand that in which way you get salary . If you abset single day after that you salary will hold. And company give you unnecessary pressure.

They change your shift without your permission and doesn't matter you are comfortable or not especially if you are male that obviously your shift change especially in evening

...k life balance, bas isne bate kra lo full bak***di kr skte hai Mera frnd khud 1.5 year se same salary, designation, par kam kr rha tha or to or 3 rejection tha resignation ka jab dhang se le to jakar accept Kiya gadho ne .. study ki hai chemical ki or pauche hai bpo industry me khud or dusro se puchte hai xyz course kar ke yha kya kr rhe ho tbb mirzapur ka dialogue bolne ka mnn krta hai ******* ko .. Guys pls don't join this company infact maine khud 2 mnth me hi chor Diya tha So please koi bhi join na kre .. sales wle to or mt krna incentive bhul jna bz. Wo aata hai. Nahi or aayega to kuch na kuch pati padha kar km kr dete hai.. Or phir jab bolo tab bolenge aa jaeyega next month or wo phir aate rhe jata hai.

...s one of the best company with well experienced trainers, HR and administration. Salary on time with monthly insentive,cab facilities, canteen. Celebrate every festival and what I like most is they celebrate sports day as well 🤣. Every coridor, office is so clean and decorated that it actually inspire you to stay there and work. I really miss my those days..
