Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

Everything, low salary package. Can facility is worst, It took 2 and half hour to reach just 5km.

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Dislikes

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Genpact is good but GoDaddy process is gross

Dislikes

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

Only likeable at the Genpact is they hire you at the higher package then the market

The treat you like robots and ask for production 10-12 hours daily if you are working from home and if you are going ro office the ask to stretch your shift. even asking for login on weekend shamelessly
