The manager is supportive. No too much pressure.

Dislikes

1. Low salary 2. Stop the incentive without any reason 3. No job security.Anyday anytime they can ask to leave. 4. No matter what is your post, you have to do anything like IT work, business analysis etc 5. Third class management team. 6. No one help you from the HR team.

... as one cannot even dream about.They are not supporting me in Covid 19 lockdown.They take advantage of their employees in this terrible situation and force them to work for half salary and give excuse of salary re structure.Even when an employee is benched they don't even provide the basic and say we are working on no work no pay basis.

I have worked for this company for eight long years.So when I joined this company eight years back my take home salary is 12500 and after working for eight long years it was 17800.For the readers information I was benched during the lockdown situation for four months and during that period I was not offered any salary.We are informed no work no pay although this was not our fault.Now my company is telling me to join back for 11500 which is even less than my salary I was offered by fusion eight years back.So anyone can understand my frustration.

...s. I had raised an issue to the HR regarding this but they seem to care less. Salary in this company for the amount of workload they will give you is terribly less. Its not enough money for today's generation to survive since the cost of living is going up now. Plus they make you work for full 7 days a week without an off. If you do decide to take an off you are often threatened by the management about them terminating you for office. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting or joining their time in this company.I already wasted 4 years.

nothing is good except salary that too isnt as per industry standard

Dislikes

Apart from stinking washrom like public toilets broken chairs and dirty workspace which has not been renovated for years you have to work with toxic and most uncultured uneducated reporting manager 'Syed Shirin Shah' who will make your life hell with her cruel and nasty words which you would not even want to use on your enemies. she will treat you as your servant and not as an employee. you will not be given the basic respect you deserve as a human being. you will be humiated infront of your entire team members/ clients that too in daily basis even when you are not at fault.
