...hing and failing miserable Appraisals and heirachy does not make any difference. The salary difference is huge.

Team mates and comrades are really helpful and nice.

Dislikes

1. Constant changes in the process. Nothing is defined 2. Higher management is confused always about how to determine the MBO (part of variable pay) 3. Horrible management - They might look friendly from the outside but too much politics going in.

1. Too much politics 2. No Appraisals 3. Tamil dominated 4. North and South Indian divide 5. Senior Managers are inefficient and keep changing policies and processess

...and the usual technology terms at times (the ones they are expected to know). 4. Variable pay is like Hogwarts. It doesn't exist but will fascinate you. 5. Before accepting the offer, they don't even tell you if you are going to be a part of the hunting pod or the farming one. 6. Instead of solving the issues and focusing on how the process can be improved, you'll be under constant threat of being fired. P.S- This is only a review of the Sales function. I am not commenting on the other functions like HR, Engg, Finance, etc.

Not a good company and team members are not supportive Our feedback is not heard Old employees are preferred New employees are not treated well Managers are biased towards old employees No support from team members. If you ask question in a group you would be made to feel that you are not worth. Team members old emoloyees will project in such a way that you cannot work on your own without their support. By that way they gain their credits by putting us down. Your work is not appreciated they tell it is normal work But when you do a mistake it is magnified Less recognition Recent layoffs is worst. Why did they hire so many people and then fire stating redundant roles. If it's redudant they should not have hired people in the first place. Management does not plan well which made people lose their jobs.
