Cab issue and salary hike issue and some process having only they do work without eating dinner also they do not give time for dinner also very strict process also for example processors are going dinner time is 2.30 A.M that was night shift .. They login is 6.30 P.M .

Yes my first MNC organisation is first to solution at Private Limited and my precious memory able work balance company is most my favourite thank you so much for 3 years I am working the organisation I am very proud to say thank you so much

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
