...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.

... disappoint you. Even if you get a promotion there won't be any huge difference. If the company recruits from outside, they might get a better salary compared to the people who already working here. One thing for sure you can expect here is learning, which would help to grow your career.

Nothing, political dramas. No proper support and pay for the work we have done. No incentives. No team outing no support for talent. No cultural activities just work work work.

Everything except good colleagues and TL.

Management is good, lots of opportunities for career growth

Cost cutting and there are multiple company applications to use instead of that there can be one application having all the details required. There is no cab facilities.

It is good learning experience for freshers who don't expect more salary.. experienced people can get better job opportunities and job benifits

Salary, No bonus, the will stop incentives when eve they want and train or multiple departments and don't even provide hike..we got 900 rupees hike and that is terrible.. Jz work take experience, move to another level and resign.. Because definitely u will get better salary and benefits in orther place.. They will have many loyal employes for many years if thy provide good pay..
