Good salary and benefits , As per company rule and builded system it's a great company, Unfortunately internal politics is high so the good company system implementation is facing issue from the toxic mangers , In case of Kerala region worst managers ( RSM and south Kerala ASM) are there every month kerala vacancies are posting in naukari, every one will work for 6-12 months to grab the experience and flee away

Dislikes

toxic work environment that has developed Exide by old aged managers; work culture is also old no futuristic work ethics . As per company policy Saturdays and Sundays are leave but they will force you to work in the market on Saturdays also Sunday's we can expect call from managers even it's 11 pm . conflict with supervisors or excessive work expectations from managers . In kerala managers they only focus on show work not work also trates sabodinites as inappropriate way like slavery

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

Received salary on time. There is nothing to like about Exide. Before interview share your Job files different and after joining time job profile change.

Dislikes

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

Salary on time, senior are very co operative, job security, travel expenses and allowance, faster claim settlement, good incentive policy, good work culture

Dislikes

Nothing much dislike, some time work life balance difficult to maintain , increment is less
