toxic work environment that has developed Exide by old aged managers; work culture is also old no futuristic work ethics . As per company policy Saturdays and Sundays are leave but they will force you to work in the market on Saturdays also Sunday's we can expect call from managers even it's 11 pm . conflict with supervisors or excessive work expectations from managers .
