- Experience of construction of new age Office Buildings including Interiors, Landscaping etc
- Site Incharge experience with capability of handling complete Project lifecycle
- Administrative capability to handle all Project related activities at the site
- Scheduling and Planning of Project Task
- Pushing the Vendor to achieve deadlines
- Problem solving and quickdecision-makingg at Site level
Preferred candidate profile
Civil Engineer with architechtural knowledge for Commercial Buildings and Offices . Deliverable includes implementing complete Project scope fo Civil , Office interiors, HVAC with implementation of good practices including Quality , Timeline and safety.
