MEP Head- Commercial Building Projects

Job Title: MEP Head

Location: Tier 2 cities of Western India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Head to lead our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team in delivering high-quality projects in Tier 2 cities of Western India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mixed-use projects, corporate office projects, hotel projects, retail malls, amusement/convention centers, and experience in handling large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead the MEP team in planning, designing, and executing building structures

Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive MEP designs

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements

Review and approve design submissions from subcontractors and vendors

Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (12-15 years of experience)

Proven track record in handling projects exceeding 3 million sqft in size

Strong knowledge of MEP execution in construction of building structures

Experience in mixed-use projects, corporate office projects, hotel projects, retail malls, amusement/convention centers

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
