Lead Non Aero Commercial Projects

Objective :

• We are seeking an accomplished Lead - Non-Aero Commercial Projects professional with 15 to 20 years of experience in the Airport or large Malls to join our team. This role involves leading MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects for different formats of Retail Shops, QSRs, Food courts, Lounges, Hotel etc. ensuring adherence to Industry standards of innovation, excellence, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams of various stake holders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and project alignment.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices.

Qualifications & Experience.

Education:

B.Tech (Mechanical & Civil) or a related field

Experience:

15 to 20 years of proven experience in Retail and F&B construction, industry with a strong focus on MEP project management.
