- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the Thermal Projects site.
- Manage and oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, prepare incident reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide security awareness training to employees and contractors to enhance the overall security culture.
- Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans to address potential threats and emergencies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the security program.
