- Lead, plan, and execute electrical projects in the precast / construction industry.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical systems, equipment, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components into overall project plans.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for electrical tasks.
- Supervise and mentor junior electrical project team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments of electrical installations and systems.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in electrical project man
