Job Description
- Lead and manage the execution team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project execution plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to review project progress, resolve project-related issues, and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts, delays, or challenges that may arise during the execution phase.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and record drawings.

Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15 20 years) in project management and execution within the interior design or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior project execution methodologies, materials, and interior finishes.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate effective planning, scheduling, and resource management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
