Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in project management to lead our Project Execution Department. This role involves overseeing the entire life cycle of our solar energy projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex solar energy projects.
- Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other technical staff.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies and processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy or related sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
- PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
