Job Description:
Experience as Project Manager with below roles/responsibilities
Responsible for managing defining the processes, templates and roadmap for delivery (Java development projects) .
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Project Risk Management, Stakeholder Management .
Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches.
Responsible for defining the processes, templates and roadmap for delivery and end to end responsibility .
Identify and track relevant agile metrics .
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
PMP / Certified scurm master (desirable) with strong implementation experience of Agile practices like Scrum

1.There should be reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here
