Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Functional Consultant
Experience: 9 to 16 years
Location: Greater Noida
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

 

  • Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead a team of functional delivery resources
  • Lead functional activities on ServiceNow
  • Lead the creation of written deliverables
  • Lead client demos and working sessions
  • Participate as ITAM functional expert in client workshops
  • Influence direct team members and external customers regarding policies, best practices and procedures
  • Mentor junior staff and support project leadership
  • Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications
