Job Description
- 10-15 years of experience in project coordination within the biogas industry
- Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering complex projects within specified timelines and budgets
- Experience in liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Masters degree in Project Management or relevant discipline (preferred)
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure project goals are achieved
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and management
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance requirements
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the implementation of sustainable practices and initiatives within the project scope
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and insights from project experiences
