Purpose/Objective

We are seeking a talented Technician - Mechanical with 3-6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Khirsara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment. The role requires a collaborative, safety-conscious individual with an innovative and outcome-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Engineering, maintenance, and plant operations - Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment; Improving SOP’s based on requirements and observations etc. - Co-ordination with stakeholder during preventive, shutdown/breakdown maintenance with maintaining safety and minimizing downtime. - Conducting repair of pumps, compressors, and other mechanical machinery - Executing breakdown maintenance tasks - Following safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks on heavy machinery - Maintaining spare parts, Safe work practice, ISO documentations, SAP entry, audit, work permit system etc. - Dealing with AMC, Vendors, OEM’s as per requirements.

Technical Competencies

Knolwedge of Dealing with AMC, Vendors,Executing breakdown maintenance ,Knowledge of preventive, shutdown/breakdown maintenance ,Knolwedge of safety measures

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
