Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of draft SOPs and preparation of Protocols time to time as per the plant equipment requirements.

2. Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedules and execution as per the procedures.

3. Preparation of Validation schedules and execution as per the procedures.

4. Preparation of Master equipment lists in the plant as per the procedures.

5. Execution of ISO 9001, cGMP & ICH Q7 guidelines.

6. Updating history cards & preventive maintenance records.

7. Ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance of water systems.

8. Ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance of Boilers.

9. Ensuring the smooth operation & maintenance of Utility equipments.

10. Supervision of preventive maintenance of process and utility equipment as per the schedules.

11. Supervision of preventive maintenance / maintenance works of water systems.

12. Inspection of the equipment / materials received at engineering stores.

13. Verification of quantity and quality of works done by all contractors.

14. Ensuring the usage of safety gadgets by work force.

15. Ensuring work permits raised for Hot work, work at height, vessel entry, general work permits etc.

16. Co-ordinating with production blocks in charge related to documentation and preventive Maintenance.

17. Updating the documentation on daily basis which includes preventive maintenance, history cards, Break down maintenance, Qualification and SOPs.

18. Ensuring the quality of water as per the norms being supplied.

19. Implementation of cGMP, ISO9001, 14001, ISO 45001.

20. Ensuring SAP activities like Store reservations and allotting Requisition numbers and closing of requisitions in SAP.

21. Updating of Preventive maintenance activities in SAP.
