Job Description
Role - Quantity Surveyor/Procurement
Responsibilities
- BOQ preparation of the project.
- Estimation of quantities as per Drawing.
- Attending Kick Off meetings and preparation of mom.
- Preparation of contractors running & final bills as per Work Order conditions.
- Checking and certifying quantities with the contractor engineer.
- Quotation Collection & PO preparation in Yardi.
- Floating tender & Email Inquiry for quotation.
- Logic Note, Cost comparative & Contract preparation on standard templets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as in the construction & Operation industry.
- Familiar with civil & fitout construction activities.
- Knows Auto Cad & Excel.
