Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for civil projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and billing.
  
• Manage project budgets and track expenses against them.
  
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 8 + years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) or related field in High rise residential buildings with PMC Back ground
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs, estimates, tenders, QS & Billing, Boq Preparation.
