Assistant Facility Manager - Soft

Soft service manager shall oversee the delivery of soft services , which include office services , cleaning and

maintenance of the area

• To Assist property Manager for the operation related activities related to soft services.

• To Assist Property Manager to prepare the Site and operational documentation

• To assist Property manager for People management at site like selection, site induction, attendance,

overtime, discipline, leave, registers.

• To prepare and execute duty roster for all site staff

• Issuing the Purchase order to vendors in concurrence with Property

• Daily inspection round and ensure that all the facilities like lifts, common area lights and cleanliness of

premises including lawn, garden, gym, swimming pool, party hall, common areas are always maintained as

per standards.

• To ensure highest hygiene standards at the premises through cleaning, disinfection, sanitization as per the

schedule.

• Ensure for Implementing the standard SOPs at site.

• Ensure timely resolve of client complaints regarding Soft services.

• To maintaining the ambience and decorum at the reception of club house

• Oversee the operations of the daily soft services activities and processes of the facilities

• To assist for providing the data for various reports like DDR, MMR, QBR etc.,

• To maintain and update database, feedback, MMR, statutory compliances by vendors as per deliverables.
