Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities, including attending industry events, networking, and generating leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Knight Frank's Advisory services.
- Manage the lead generation process and ensure effective follow-up with potential clients.
- Liaise with internal teams (financial analysts, consultants) to ensure successful project delivery for assigned clients (e. , financial feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, development option studies, business strategy, transaction advisory).
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, real estate services, or a related field (for experienced candidates) or a strong academic background and internship experience in business development (for fresh graduates).
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A strong understanding of real estate market dynamics (preferred).
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a desire to learn more about advisory services
