About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about business development, have a strong track record of success, and be eager to contribute to our company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Corporate Real Estate sector.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the Corporate Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
