- Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives and drive business expansion efforts within Mumbai and the Western India region.

- Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, including developers, real estate companies, and contractors, in Mumbai and Western India.

- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to maximize revenue and market penetration.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, offering customized solutions to address their property inspection needs.

- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.

- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

- Provide actionable feedback to the management team regarding service enhancements and market demands.

- Sales & Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets by developing robust pipelines and managing relationships effectively.

- Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client requirements.

- Collaboration & Coordination: Work collaboratively with internal teams (operations, customer success, and technical) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, and regional events.

- Reporting & Metrics: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development efforts, challenges, and achievements.

- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or property inspection services.

- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales and revenue targets.

- Strong network within Mumbai's real estate and construction markets.
