Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, builder contractors, and architects, building strong and lasting partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Lead the sales team in the territory, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new clients and distribution channels.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and lead nurturing programs.
- Effectively present Alstone's product offerings to potential clients and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc. ) to support sales initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
