Quantity Survey Engineer - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
  
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and consultants to resolve billing issues.
  
• Ensure accurate client billing by verifying contractual conditions and scope of work.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget preparation.
  
• Provide regular updates on project status reports to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in QS (Quantity Surveyor) role with expertise in BOQ preparation, bill Verification, civil engineering Industrial/Pharma projects.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Civil).
  
• Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act 1872 and other relevant laws governing engineering works.
