Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, Tender Documents, and Estimates for URBAN ROAD/ BRIDGES/ HIGHWAYS,
  
• Conduct rate analysis and estimate quantities for projects.
  
• Provide regular cost reports to Client, Contrcator, Consultant
  
• Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure compliance with budget constraints.
  
• Verify subcontractor claims and prepare final accounts.
• Prepare Rate Analysis Sheets, Specification Sheets etc
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in quantity surveying & Cost Estimation or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).
  
• Strong knowledge of bill of quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, costing, QS, quantity estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, rates analysis, and road & bridge estimation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
