Job security is very good. Salary and appraisal done at right time. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

No team work. Power distribution with executives are missing. Lots of politics between executive. No one try to educate others. Top officials feels speeking loudly will solve the problems. All developments are based on experiments. No one compare with theory. Mechanical engineers talks about chemistry and chemical man talks about mechanical. No one try understand the knowledge of worker who knows the machine by his experience. Work freedom for officers are missing. Everyone forced to listen to their boss wheather it is right or wrong. So most of the officers come to factory for two punch and one lunch. Overall, the company is good for old people and not for youngsters. Boost up is very much required for youngsters for long journey.

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.
