The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

Flexible work hours , company ethics , decent salary growth, professionals to work with, opportunities for self development and learning, job security , cross training and development if you wish.

Dislikes

Not much exposure to higher management. Strict compliance and access policies. After a point of time you won't be able to see future path.

Less deductions in salary compared to other companies and job security.

Too much documentations and processes which gets in way of completing the actual work. Also EY Pays 20-25% less than market rates for Tech consultants. When it comes to promotions usually they'll give you the senior responsibility without giving title change or pay rise.

Learning gets stagnant after a while Can expect politics based on the team Growth in compensation and benefits slow down after 2 - 3 years

There are very less pros for this company. - skill development - salary benefits and holidays

Dislikes

- Manager will seat on your head for each task - You are always client billable so not a single day will be work free - Very rarely HR arranges fun activities for you but manager will ping and tell that work is your priority - Work life balance is zero - I got threat that if you take any offer in hand then we are releasing you next day.
