Overall Pay The overall salary structure payment is low. I am not being greedy here but just honest. Even if you do over-par and exceptional work, most probably you will get 20% hike which is literally the base at Staff level and a mail saying thank you and you did great. This is something which is due for change for a long time but again Management also has their priorities set on other things. They can use money to fly someone out in first class over a short call but cannot change their salary structure for freshers and graduates.

Worst part is no growth / No satisfied pay/ no logical work.. u join as staff to work U become senior to re do the same work as staff does U go next level to check the same task done by staff and Senior. You are on leave and the next day u come back and u got to do the prior day work as well as current day work… no point of getting leaves. No extra pay No In and out timings.. just be logged in You won’t be able differentiate your time between work and your family.

Good Salary,Timely promotions.

Dislikes

- Terrible work life balance. - During busy season you have 15-16 hours of work with no weekend off; while during non busy season you may have no work at all for whole week or month. - Company simply hires employees as cattle and make them work regardless of their skill set and expertise, I got hired as language expert and during 1 year of my tenure itself they kept on changing my teams ~ 4 times as per their requirement to do repetitive and low level of clerical work where no language skills were being used at all. That seriously damages a person's own confidence and mental health.

Good pay, Branding and popularity.

Dislikes

Has many negatives than the positives, No job security, once the project has come to end, there is no new assignments, the management asked to take up any role that was given, irrelevant to the expertise. Very disappointing to know Big brands function this way. Disheartening experience. Making a job shift because there is no job security. There is lot of politics internally.

Some teams do have a very good work environment and work life balance, but didn't go well for me. Very good infrastructure. Good food.
