As per it's bad company experienced becouse they are cheating with the worker but who has superior they are helping all kind of work and also be friends that's part good

Just becouse they are cheatingwith the worker they are saying fake comments And if you have severed notice for F&F but they are not giving on time f&f salary they are taking too much time and also lieing also not providing salary on time so as per me who one want to join on there so don't join it's totaly fake and wrost company

It's pleasure moment to work with Digicall . specially it gives work environment to grow our career in better way & learn lot of thing which helping lot in life.

There is little bit concern about low salary n appraisal. .

I like I was talk hundred of people. In. Different languages. Different states his all quaricity I had rejol to myself. It was very good experience.

There was some electronic device problem like head phone pc etc.

Never think of working in Digicall , they hire every month and they fire you after 2 months .Team leader do harrasment to girls and no one takes the complaint of team leader . The reason you get fired are Fatal call yes if repeat a word they make your calls fatal . Girls never work in call center not secure place for us And all this happened with me the team leader behaviour was very bad , the day I asked to change my team they gave me reason my call are Fatal asked me to fill the form Pip form means PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN and in the very next day I was asked to leave the job Just because of this silly reason I got fired an was in depression for 2 3 months. I request no-one think about joining Digicall or these kind of call center in name of great salary ine day you will get hospitalised 🙁

Girls are not secure Team leaders don't respect girls , they will make stay and do work after working hours

The atmosphere is really Awsome as working agent i learnt many things how to communicate with the people when customer gets angry i always provide the correct suggestions and i also build may communication skills

I don't want to say but something i really had disjointed when i had to do over time at that time i really feels bad when time is over and you have to do overtime it gets me lot's of stress goes in my mind
