Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

I'm inclined towards project manager or business development (looking at few of the professionals having good aspects in the above mentioned).
