For fresher this is the best company with common Salary.... Good learning skills and they will provide sessions with best faculty to teach the freshers..

When I resign imidiate in concentrix than there has pay to me some amount and with out pay i can't rejapin in concentrix..... I don't like it......I want to rejoin with out pay.....

Work pressure is too high on the the processor who is working hard and the salary is too less , even it get difficult to share your salary in front of your parents. If you are fresher then it is great company for you but not for experienced employee

...ncentrix. surviving in tough situation, self grooming, better communication.. cnx gives on time salary, there is no hidden debits.. the more you learn and apply the more you earn. the earning is though limited. managers and operations managers have been very supportive in my case.. you would get training.. completely depends upon how you take it with concentration..

the work culture was not good.. hrs were not that supportive.. long duration is still ok but you have to reach office 1 hour before your shift log in and have to leave at least half hour after your log out.. call pressure was too high. if you are a bengali agent, you will be tired after half of the shift. week offs were rotational.. some time you would get 1 full off and one over time on your week off day. but earning is double in OTs. work life balance was very hard to maintain.. if you are alone its ok.. but if you are with family then be ready to have some tough argument with your partner.. growth is too slow to tell.. don't be friends with your colleagues.. BIG NO.. politics and judgments are every where to shallow you.

salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)
