Work pressure is too high on the the processor who is working hard and the salary is too less , even it get difficult to share your salary in front of your parents. If you are fresher then it is great company for you but not for experienced employee

Managers think they are the king of their place, Even HR's dont care to your issues. They just need 100 percent from you. In return they dont give a $HIT , Salary is too bad . Managers and Sme's on the floor are not helpful. They dont give a $hit about your health, if you need leave you have to stoop so low to them, Bad environmentto work no professionalism. I cannot say about the other branches of this organisation. But here in ranchi their is no professional environment of Concentrix. If you want to be a Slave you can definitely join this place. I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Employees and drivers had very bad experience with the transport team, making third class pick-up and drop-offs for employees. Whenever you want to update your location transport staff will start misbehaving with you and start using local Haryanvi language and our HR and uper management fuking don't care about anything.
