All I like is nothing.

Dislikes

Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this) EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary. Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary. Changing salary account again and again. Management is very rude and not helping. Layoffs is another dark side of this company.

A company that makes you work more than labour working hours. A company that do not pay EPF but deducts from the salary. A company where salary is never on time. A company where have to work like donkeys and credit is taken by the superior senior having 0 knowledge... Toxic environment....

It created an environment of financial uncertainty and discomfort, impacting not only my personal finances but also the overall morale of the workforce. Timely salary payments are a fundamental aspect of any reputable organization, and CEDCOSS Technologies failed to meet this basic standard consistently. **3. Stagnant Compensation:** Despite my dedication and hard work, there were no increments in my salary throughout my tenure at CEDCOSS Technologies. This lack of recognition for employees' contributions is not only demoralizing but also indicative of a company that does not value its workforce. **4. Elusive Experience Letter:** Upon resigning and providing a relieving letter, CEDCOSS Technologies shockingly refused to issue an experience letter. This blatant disregard for a fundamental employment document left me in a professional limbo, hindering my prospects in the job market. **5. HR Department as Enforcers:** The HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies, instead of serving as a bridge between employees and the company, acted more like enforcers. Their conduct was far from professional, resembling more the tactics of hired goons rather than human resource professionals. **6. Coercive Tactics for FNF Clearance:** To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. This coercive approach to financial settlements post-employment is both unscrupulous and unethical. **7. Blame Game with "Human Error":** The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error." This vague justification not only lacks transparency but also seems to be an attempt to shirk responsibility for their questionable actions. In conclusion, my time at CEDCOSS Technologies PVT Ltd was characterized by a pattern of unprofessional conduct, ethical lapses, and a blatant disregard for employee rights. I feel compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering employment with this company. It is my sincere hope that potential employees exercise due diligence before committing to an organization that falls short of basic standards of professionalism and integrity.

... to make money at the cost of health and life and emotions of their employees Taking leaves even in case of emergency also is impossible and will be a loss of pay If you are a fresher they will ask you for signing a bond so that you don’t leave them but they can fire you any time They will fire you if there has to be a cost cutting and will ask you to resign else they will not provide relieving and other documents Only join this company if you don’t have any other choice- indeed if there is a job in the farthest corner of this earth or on mars then please go and join that company but don’t join cedcoss

I joined a few months back they put a contract in place so that you can't leave the organisation but they will fire you without notice when they don't need you. I saw the entire team sacked without notice their pay stopped and no remuneration at all. Super micro management and toxic work culture and they are running a scam in total, they don't pay on time, usually salary credited after 10th of every month. Unnessecary deduction and no holidays at all even on popular holidays. Managers play a blame game and save themselves everytime. They can ask you anything but you can't ask them anything. Never ever join this organisation.
