Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this) EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary. Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary. Changing salary account again and again. Management is very rude and not helping. The culture is terrible and pathetic. The time logging is so hard that even if you are not able to finish 9 hours by just one minute they will mark it half day They have their own frameworks written so even work wise you won’t have anything to learn on open source or widely used tech stack The management is not human at all just crazy people are running the company who want to make money at the cost of health and life and emotions of their employees T<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">aking leaves even in case of emergency also is impossible and will be a loss of pay </mark>If you are a fresher they will ask you for signing a bond so that you don’t leave them but they can fire you any time They will fire you if there has to be a cost cutting and will ask you to resign else they will not provide relieving and other documents Only join this company if you don’t have any other choice- indeed if there is a job in the farthest corner of this earth or on mars then please go and join that company but don’t join cedcoss...Read More

I joined a few months back they put a contract in place so that you can't leave the organisation but they will fire you without notice when they don't need you. I saw the entire team sacked without notice their pay stopped and no remuneration at all. Super micro management and toxic work culture and they are running a scam in total,they don't pay on time, usually salary credited after 10th of every month. Unnessecary deduction and no holidays at all even on popular holidays. Managers play a blame game and save themselves everytime. They can ask you anything but you can't ask them anything. The toxic work culture, where work is the sole focus and there is no room for enjoyment or laughter, and where HR is praised. Even after leaving the company, it still seems to exert control over you. Reminding you every month about your own salary. The absence of job security

The company expects a huge workload to be completed in very little time. During the training period, weekly tasks are treated as daily tasks. The company has no concept of job security; employees can be let go at any time. Recognition or praise is not part of their vocabulary. HR seems to exist in a world of their own, indifferent to employee concerns. Seriously there is nothing to like. There is so much pressure to learn and implement that u learn the skills but at what cost. In return u get depressed, anxiety issues, headaches and lot more.

Everyone and Everything is there to dislike. From work culture to management, from toxic HRs to toxic team leads and team managers. U can be fired anytime without salary and notice period. Everyone is actually depressed there and they do that to u too. I will not recommend anyone to join cedcoss technologies. My worst experience ever I hope it would be last.... because I don't think anything could be as bad as this. Daily around 10 working hrs for new joiners.
