Everything, Extreme level of office politics, Low salary, They Change their policy according to their requirements anytime without asking or informing the employees and then force the employee to work under that policy. No work life balance. This is not a company but a Lala ji ka shop.

Poor Salary No appraisal Employee gets fired without any prior information. You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career. If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired. No job security. F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time. Worst level of politics Most of the team leads are worthless they have no knowledge. Privileged leave are cancelled by management just before it comes.
