EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary.
Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary.

There is no management driven process. Every decision is taken by only so called seniors. If senior likes you, you are safe and if not, they will open the exit door of the company. There is no value of your work. At the time of appraisal they say we can't give you increment this and that. Even many employees got layed off at the time of appraisal. They will state something else during the joining and will silently change the policy without letting you know about the policy
Example we were promised during the hiring about appraisal policy that sounded really good but after 6 month they changed that policy and when inquired about they said it was from the starting. Upon digging deep they reduced the slab of appraisal to mere few thousand to the extent that the non performer and performer didnt had major difference.

**1. Fraudulent Handling of EPF:**
One of the most alarming aspects of my employment was the apparent mishandling of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) at CEDCOSS Technologies. There were instances that raised serious concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of the company's approach to employee benefits, potentially bordering on fraudulent practices.
**2. Chronic Salary Delays:**
The regularity of late salary disbursals at CEDCOSS Technologies was a constant source of frustration. It created an environment of financial uncertainty and discomfort, impacting not only my personal finances but also the overall morale of the workforce. Timely salary payments are a fundamental aspect of any reputable organization, and CEDCOSS Technologies failed to meet this basic standard consistently.
**3. Stagnant Compensation:**
Despite my dedication and hard work, there were no increments in my salary throughout my tenure at CEDCOSS Technologies. This lack of recognition for employees' contributions is not only demoralizing but also indicative of a company that does not value its workforce.
**4. Elusive Experience Letter:**
Upon resigning and providing a relieving letter, CEDCOSS Technologies shockingly refused to issue an experience letter. This blatant disregard for a fundamental employment document left me in a professional limbo, hindering my prospects in the job market.
**5. HR Department as Enforcers:**
The HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies, instead of serving as a bridge between employees and the company, acted more like enforcers. Their conduct was far from professional, resembling more the tactics of hired goons rather than human resource professionals.
**6. Coercive Tactics for FNF Clearance:**
To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error." This vague justification not only lacks transparency but also seems to be an attempt to shirk responsibility for their questionable actions.
