Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

They made us work extra hours without pay for overtime in the DPD process and the mentor Saquib was a Muslim guy so he gave preference to Muslims, and most of the employees in CapitaO2 process are Muslims

Best thing about capita would b tht thy provided wfh and evn now thy have option of wfh apart from tht thy give chair and desk as per employees requirements.

Only good thing was I was getting salary on time and the training was good.

Office politics and a** licking of the managers by some employees and it was encouraged my Managers as well. Freshers are sidelined on the floor.
