I have Worked With Axis Bank For 2.6 years But No Ratings and No promotions Have been given to me. My supervisor even not recommended me for promotion and for that I am very Sad about that thing.

worst employee satisfaction in terms of salary and in terms of resolving employee complaints. they are only concerned about life insurance. and people are promoted on the basis of their relationships with the management people and not on the basis of their capabilities.

Late sittings in branch, unprofessional language usage, public humiliation … irrelevant comments on salary and personal attacks just to pressurise…. Not a place for long career path or settling … Manager make life miserable for the resigned employee……. Also takes advantage of new joiners for their confirmation…. Axis is well know for not confirming peoples … not a welcoming company…..have travell allaunce from HR… but manager practice here is to never approve it…. HR complaint may turn against you only….. I made a mistake joining…. Realised in a month of joining…..

I thnk there is a lot to learn ...its a huge bank with various departments...and extensive customer base. Evry day there is too much learn specially if one is on the customer facing front.

Work life balance and the pay scale is way tooo bad....but i guess dats a problem in banking industry now. I left Axis after 5.5 years, my total exp in banking is 11 years....but still i left my comfort zone...which actually was no more comfort for me...
