People who work best deserves best in terms of Salary hikes, Promotions which is poor needs to be improved drastically, Employee first Should be considered, Employees are the assets of an Organization. Acquisitions should not be at the cost of Employee hikes and giving employees with pink slips and reducing the cost cuttings. Car lease Policy to Only Specific grades which is not worthy as employee with higher grades may not be fully utilize it.

Most of the company policies are excellent and extremely employee friendly. Flexible work hours, ease to work from home, specially curated extra curricular events are just few of the many perks offered in the organisation. The work environment on the floor is very friendly. From immediate manager to director to HR personal - everyone is easily accessible and open to communication. Our voices are heard and respected here. And I think that is very important in a work environment. Many organisations say that they are a family. But this place truly feels like it.
