Aveva Provide great work opportunities , Working environment is nice co-worker and colleague are supportive. Also there are opportunities to travel on site based on the project requirement and client location. I love to work here as i got multiple platform working opportunities to explore my skill and to prove my self.

Dislikes

Depend up on the millstone of the project have to work 12-14 hours as many time dependency is there for other teams. Working with multiple time zone leads to work overloaded. But its not consistent. Career growth is little slow as compare to others. Some time due to top management pressure appraisal not getting as expected.

In General working on the cross platform opportunities which i got in short time is wonderful. Since i have join aveva every day is new challenging task and as small team always get engaged with lots of project that is all good to have challenges. Love

I have been associated with AVEVA for a long and hence have been working with the same people for many years. There is flexibility in your work hours and there is less micromanagement from seniors. Leaves a generally approved without issues.

Dislikes

I do feel that growth and internal mobility are restricted at my level. Also producing consistent good results and satisfaction with an important client is not appreciated, which would not happen in any other MNC . Instead , management will remove employees from the clients account , despite performing well, just to see them fail. There are instances of nepotism which is surprising to see at a company as fair and reputed as AVEVA....Read More

Excellent Work culture and supportive colleagues. The variety of work opportunities keeps the work interesting. It is very different from monotonous work and constantly new kind of activities are available which keeps me motivated.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike but there are areas of improvements. I guess it would help if the team was more enthusiastic and supportive about innovation. Our colleagues in other locations are more innovative even though they have less experience in delivering more projects than us. In Appraisal process sometimes there are gaps between expectations and available opportunities so that impacts the employee's judgement during the appraisal process. Sometimes (not always) the project is so tight scheduled that an employee's work-life balance gets disrupted for longer periods of time, i guess that can be improved by better planning and better co-ordination between sales team and project execution team....Read More
