Lots are there...being n MNC the work culture is fully biased ...CSE is forced to generate revenue ....though it is not a part of CSE...TL and managers are almost like an aliens ...if someone ( TL/Mgr) helps you at any point of time they will always make you realise that once they helped you and with this they starts blackmailing you ..I literally felt this ..inspite of doing well in everything if your revenue generation is low then you becomes an easy target for everyone..IJPs processes are really pathetic if you are an CSE so you have to be the same in other deals also i.e if you are an CSE and you are applying for a post other than CSE in any other deals you will never ever get selected and you will get replies like you don't have any exp in that specific field we can't hire you then why the hell you are hiring internally. I mean if I would have an exp in supply chain domain why do I work as CSE in other dept ...daily meetings are good however sometime you will get annoyed with it...so my overall experience is good and bad too.

Dislikes

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
