Accenture has good policies and good package related benefits

Dislikes

Hikes and variable pay is worst Promotions are given only based on friendship and religion hardworking people are not recognised. Lot of politics from managers and team leads Job security is worst and they promise they will give 2 months salary for lay off but they don't provide anything

Pros: salary and other benefits are good. Cons: I suggest don't join this company if you need job security. Management are ready to remove the candidate if not performing well by comparing only one month of performance. 2. If you are freshers they remove in nesting only don't keep hopes and join here. 3. Work pressure is horrible. We can't tolerate work pressure here. 4. Overall i don't suggest this company in terms of job security.
