I feel there is lot of politics, Team mates doesn't respect me talks double meaning dialogues and I get blamed for that, Can't have work-life balance, Bad work environment, No travel, if they target you then there is no job security,

Dislikes

Management is worst. They don't care about their employees. Salary hike is worst. No growth . They won't increment salary even they didn't ask us about salary hike. Just they need to complete their target. Overall waste 1 star.

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
