Likes

The company is well known for its learning and easily adopts latest technology. There are a lot of benefits for women employees.

Dislikes

The growth in the company is very slow. As our compensation depends on management they have to look into it more. Managers doesn't appreciate our work and encourage. There is no on job training for senior folks who get promoted internally.

Accenture is a great company to learn latest technologies.My team members and leads are very supportive, but the only thing is iam working in BPO sector which related to mapping.So there is no much growth in this sector.But the facilities and work culture is very good.

Dislikes

I have to work 10hours with low compensation.growth is slow.

Dislikes

Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.

...t good No night shift allowance have to work 9.30 hours that's the worst case Compensation and Variable Pay is worst Growth is very slow and I am not satisfied with salary , bonus, increment hike and promotion They will hold our promotion I don't like sublevel in each career level it will lot of times from 1 sublevel to another and 1 level to another level

As an Employee, I feel very proud to work with an Accenture. Work culture is very good. The Manager, supervisor and the team are always supportive when we can approach them with any queries or concerns. I am always very excited and feels happy to be part of this organization.

Dislikes

Yearly hike paying for an employee's will be less.

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
